Royal Botanic Gardens

The Royal Botanic Gardens have been around for almost 180 years, and this has been of huge part of Melbourne’s history and beauty. Not only is it an iconic landmark, but it is also home to over 8,000 species from all over the world! Complete with shops, restaurants and so much more, you can spend an entire day exploring. You’ll see locals running, families holding picnics, and even some people using binoculars looking for birds!

A much needed escape in the middle of Melbourne, and just close by is the Shrine of Remembrance which has a stunning view of the Melbourne cityscape!
