No, we do not have smoking rooms. All the rooms in Novotel Melbourne South Wharf are non-smoking rooms. Guests who would like to smoke can visit our dedicated smoking area.
Yes, all guests are required to put down a security deposit upon check-in which will be refunded during check-out. The amounts are as follows:

Novotel Melbourne South Wharf does not have a swimming pool and sauna.
Unfortunately, we do not have a hotel airport shuttle service. However, to get from the airport to our hotel, you can take a taxi (using cash or card to pay), you can order an Uber or you can get the Sky Bus (you can buy tickets at the airport or buy it online).
If travelling by Sky Bus (Southbank Docklands Express), your stop will be Stop number 6 at the Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre.
