Mr. Carpano Dining + Bar

Named after the Italian distiller who invented Vermouth, Antonio Carpano. Mr. Carpano Bar & Dining is located on level 6 of Novotel Melbourne South Wharf and is a curated menu of rustic and seasonal Italian dishes.

Our Mr. Carpano team has put in the work to bring the tastes of Rome, Milan, Sicily and other iconic Italian cities direct to your plates every evening to experience the flavours, colours and beauty of Italian cuisine without having to leave the comfort of your seat.
